- 5 c. all-purpose white flour
- 2 pkg. Rapid-Rise yeast
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. olive oil
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix together 3 cups flour, yeast, salt and sugar.

2In a small saucepan, combine 1 3/4 cups water and oil. Heat to 125°.

3With a wooden spoon, stir oil and water into flour mixture.

4Add enough flour to make a firm, soft dough.

5Knead 8 to 10 minutes on floured surface.

6Cover with plastic and let rest 10 minutes.

7Makes 8 (6-inch) crusts.

8Top with desired topping.

9Bake 10 to 14 minutes at 500°.
