Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water (110~)
- 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water; beat in 1 1/2 cups flour and mix in oil and salt.

2Stir in 2 cups flour; knead until smooth and elastic, about 12 minutes (until forms smooth ball).

3Put in slightly greased bowl; cover and let rise in warm place until double in size, 1 to 2 hours.

4Punch down; cover and chill.

5Cut dough in 1/2; roll to 1/8-inch thick.

6Makes 2 large size pizzas. Brush pan with oil and also dough circle.

7Put tomato sauce and whatever.

8Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425°.
