Pizza Frittata

Ingredients

  • 8 whole Egg Whites
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce (your Own Or In A Jar)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  • Optional Pizza Toppings, Use Your Favorite

    Preheat oven to 375F.

    Whisk together egg whites and eggs. Pour eggs into a greased oven safe skillet (I use cast iron). Bake for 10 minutes or until set. Remove from oven when eggs are set.

    From here on, treat it like regular pizza:

    Cover the egg 'crust' with pizza sauce

    Layer with cheese and any toppings you may choose

    ( I used spinach and feta, but you use what you

    like!)

    Place 'pizza' back in oven, under the broiler this time. Broil until cheese is bubbly ( about 2-5 minutes). Enjoy your low carb pizza!

    P.S. I am going to use roasted veggies next time!
