- 8 whole Egg Whites
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Pizza Sauce (your Own Or In A Jar)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- Optional Pizza Toppings, Use Your Favorite

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Whisk together egg whites and eggs. Pour eggs into a greased oven safe skillet (I use cast iron). Bake for 10 minutes or until set. Remove from oven when eggs are set.

3From here on, treat it like regular pizza:

4Cover the egg 'crust' with pizza sauce

5Layer with cheese and any toppings you may choose

8Place 'pizza' back in oven, under the broiler this time. Broil until cheese is bubbly ( about 2-5 minutes). Enjoy your low carb pizza!
