- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Lightly grease two 12-inch pizza pans. Cream the butter, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl. Add eggs; beat until light.

3Combine soda and salt in a small bowl.

4Add to creamed mixture; blend well.

5Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

6Divide dough in half.

7Press each half evenly into pizza pans.

8Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.

9Cool completely in pans on wire racks.

10Soften 1/2 gallon of ice cream; place evenly between the 2 cookies.
