- 1 (12 inch) loaf French bread
- 1 (12 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cut the French bread in half lengthwise.

2Remove some of the soft bread to make a slightly hollowed loaf.

3Place each half on a plate, cut sides up.

4Spoon spaghetti sauce evenly over both halves.

5Arrange pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese evenly over the tops.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7Microwave on High for another 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
