Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. won ton wrappers
  • 1 c. pepperoni, diced
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese (your choice)
  • 1/2 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. canned diced chili peppers
  • chopped bell pepper (optional)
  • chopped green onions (optional)
  • oil for frying

Directions

    In heavy frypan, heat about 1-inch of oil.

    Mix all ingredients except wrappers.

    Separate wrappers, lay one on flat surface, place teaspoon filling in middle, moisten edges and fold. Press edges to seal.

    Slide carefully into hot oil.

    Fry until golden brown; remove to paper lined plate.

    Repeat until filling is used.

    Store remainder of wraps in sealed bag in refrigerator.
