Ingredients
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 14 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (Grated)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 12 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions

1Mix all wet ingredients in a mixer on low speed .

2While mixer is mixing add in each spice individually.

3*I was told this helps make sure everything is well distributed through out the sauce.

4After all are added, turn off mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl.

5Mix again for another 2 minutes.

6*You can use this sauce right after mixing, but I was told it needs to be chilled for 24 hours If you decide to chill it pour the sauce into a plastic container and chill for a day.

7a metal container will give it a metallic taste.
