Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (28 oz.) can undrained tomatoes
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced olives, drained
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 12 oz. cooked spaghetti
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in butter until tender.

2Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano; mix well.

3Add beef and simmer 10 minutes.

4Place half of spaghetti in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Top with half of sauce and sprinkle with 1 cup Cheddar cheese.

6Repeat layers.

7Mix soup and water until smooth.

8Pour over spaghetti mixture.

9Top with Mozzarella cheese.

10Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
