- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. margarine (do not substitute for oil)
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla or anise
Directions

1Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually.

2Beat until smooth.

3Add cooled and melted margarine and vanilla or anise.

4Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture.

5Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by spoon on griddle.

6Makes 60 pizzelles.

7Can add walnuts or pecans if desired.
