- 6 large eggs
- 3 12 cups flour
- 1 12 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup margarine, melted and cooled
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons anise seed
- 3 drops anise oil
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar until well blended.

2Add COOLED margarine and blend well.

3Add anise oil.

4ADD flour and baking soda slowly until completely combined.

5Mix in the aniseed.

6Drop by small spoonful onto pizzelle iron -- close lid and cook for 30 seconds.

7Take off iron and if so desired, roll using the handle of a wooden spoon.

8You MUST roll it while it's hot.

9Let cool.

10Store in an air tight container for up to two weeks.

11Freezes well.
