  • 300 grams Bread (strong) flour
  • 6 grams Yeast
  • 15 grams Sugar
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 6 grams Powdered milk
  • 15 grams Shortening
  • 190 ml Water
  • 1 Your favorite toppings

    Make the bread dough, knead it, and let it rise.

    (You can use a bread machine or knead by hand.)

    Punch down the dough and the divide it into 8 portions.

    Shape them into neat balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.

    Gently punch down the dough again, and then form the dough.

    Make the dough into an oval shape by rolling it out with a rolling pin.

    Fold in the edges of the dough into the center.
