  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Sift flour and salt together.

    Cut in shortening and water until mealy.

    Roll out 1/8-inch thick.

    Lay loosely in pie pan and press to sides.

    Build up on edges.

    Prick all over and bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
