Directions

   Mix flour, salt and cream of tartar in medium pot.

   Add water, food coloring and oil.

   Stir over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes. Mixture will be globby.

   When a ball forms in center of pot, remove to floured surface and knead until it forms a soft dough.

   Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
