- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 boneless, skinned chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped ginger root
- 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 3/4 c. Japanese plum wine
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add chicken breasts and saute about 2 minutes each side.

3Remove from skillet and set aside on warm plate.

4Reduce heat to medium.

5Add ginger root and garlic to skillet and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute or until garlic is just tender.

6Add the green onion and continue cooking and stirring about 30 seconds.
