  • 120 Leaf lettuce leaves

  • 28 cups Breaded oysters or shrimp, deep-fried
  • 15 cups Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
  • 8 lemon, cut into 8 wedges Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09

Directions

    TOAST bread on griddle, grill or in oven until lightly browned on both sides and warmed.

    Fill each roll with 2 lettuce leaves, 2 tomato slices and 1/2 cup (125 mL) fried oysters.

    Serve with 1/4 cup (50 mL) portion of Bistro Sauce.
