  • 14 cup Mrs. Dash onion and herb seasoning
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast halves or 454 g skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine

    Combine the broth and Mrs.

    Dash seasoning in a saucepan; mix well.

    Bring to a boil.

    Add the chicken breasts.

    Reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until done.

    Once the chicken is cooked, remove to a plate and cover with foil.

    Raise the heat to high and boil the liquid for 5 minutes to reduce.

    Add the butter to the broth and whisk until melted.

    Boil for another 2 minutes and turn off the heat.

    Taste the sauce and add more seasoning if needed.

    Slice each chicken breast into 5-6 pieces, arange on a plate.
