  • 1 pound fish
  • 2 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • Chicken stock or possibly water or possibly white wine or possibly combination to cover fish

    Place sauce ingredients in small saucepan, whisk till blended; set aside.

    Pour liquid ingredients in frying pan to about 2 inches.

    add in ginger, garlic and onions; bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to simmer.

    Add in fish, cover and simmer 5 min or possibly till fish is done.

    Bring sauce to boil.

    Drizzle over fish.
