- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 packs roasted garlic dressing mix
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced thinly
- 2 large red skin potatoes, sliced thinly
- Vegetable oil, for deep frying
- Salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine flour and garlic dressing mix in a large resealable plastic bag.

2Set aside.

3Rinse and dry potatoes.

4Using a mandoline slicer, cut thinly into round disks.

5Starting with sweet potatoes, add about half of the slices to the seasoned flour.

6Shake in bag.

7Arrange on a sheet pan and repeat with remaining potatoes.

8Chill seasoned potatoes for about 20 minutes.

9Pour oil into a large, heavy-bottomed Dutch oven until it is a little less than halfway up the sides of the pot.

10Heat oil to 375 degrees F.

11In small batches, fry potatoes until crisp.

12Drain on paper towels season with salt and pepper, to taste.

13Repeat with the rest of the potato chips.
