- 7 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk (regular or low-fat)
- 1 small cake yeast or envelope
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cook raisins in small amount of water and cool.

2Let milk come to a boil; cool to lukewarm and pour into a bowl.

3Crumble in yeast with 3 tablespoons sugar.

4When yeast is dissolved, stir in 3 cups flour.

5Mix together and let rise 1/2 hour away from draft or cold.
