- 1 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 2 c. water
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 4 whole, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in two (to make 8 pieces)
- margarine for top
- paprika
Directions

1Mix the first 5 ingredients in a 13 x 8 x 2 1/2-inch casserole dish.

2Top with chicken pieces.

3Dot well with margarine. Sprinkle with paprika.

4Cover with aluminum foil (this is a must). Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.

5Remove foil and serve a hearty main course for 8.
