Polish Goulash

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Polish sausage
  • 8 potatoes
  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 2 green peppers, sliced
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut Polish sausage into desired lengths.

    Cut potatoes into quarters.
  3. 3
    Slice cabbage, pepper and onions.
  4. 4
    Put oil and water into large saucepan.
  5. 5
    Cook all ingredients together over medium-low heat until well done.

    (Can be prepared on grill.)
