- 2 lb. Polish sausage
- 8 potatoes
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. water
- salt and black pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut Polish sausage into desired lengths.

2Cut potatoes into quarters.

3Slice cabbage, pepper and onions.

4Put oil and water into large saucepan.

5Cook all ingredients together over medium-low heat until well done.

6(Can be prepared on grill.)
