  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 small can milk (to make 1 c.)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 bottles cherries, drained
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix first 8 ingredients.

    Beat after each addition until well blended.

    Add last 2 ingredients.

    Grease and flour Bundt pan. Bake at 300° for 2 1/4 hours.

    (Start with a cold oven.) Freezes well.
