- 2 lb. beef chuck roast (boneless)
- 4 qt. water
- celery leaves from 1 bunch celery
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Put chuck in water with celery leaves, salt, pepper and tomato soup.

2Simmer at a low boil until beef falls apart.

3In each soup bowl, put a large spoonful of rice and ladle soup over it.
