- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole green beans
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 can fried onion rings
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chicken stock
Directions

1Boil chicken with salt and pepper; cook until tender.

2Drain and cut into small pieces.

3Reserve 1/2 cup stock.

4In a casserole dish, layer chicken, green beans, water chestnuts and onions.

5Mix together soup, stock, curry powder and mayonnaise.

6Pour over chicken mixture.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6.
