Polynesian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta (Shells, Bow Ties, Anything Bite Size)
  • 1 can (11 Oz. Size) Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 can (20 Oz. Size) Pineapple Chunks, In Juice
  • 1/4 cups Scallions (Omit The White Parts), Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Celery, Sliced
  • 1-1/2 cup Turkey Ham, Cubed

  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 2 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnasie
  • 1/3 cups Sour Cream

Directions

    Cook pasta a minute or two shy of how long you would normally cook it. Pour pasta into a strainer and cover with ice to cool.

    Mix cooled pasta, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, scallions, celery, and turkey ham.

    Mix dressing ingredients. Coat pasta, and chill.

    I serve this with Hawaiian Sweet Rolls.
