Ingredients

  • 1 Spare ribs
  • 2 tsp Powdered ginger
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Season salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch

Directions

    Mix dry rub ingredients and season ribs, wrapped in plastic and refrigerate overnight.

    Set up your grill for Indirect Heat with a drip pan in the middle.

    Place ribs on the grill over the drip pan and cook for 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours (at about 300F).

    Mix sauce ingredients bring to a gentle boil and simmer for several minutes.

    When an inch or two of the bone is exposed of the ribs begin to glazed with the sauce and continue cooking.

    After about 10 to 15 minutes glazed with the sauce again.

    (glazed with sauce 2 or 3 additional times and continue cooking)

    Allowed to rest about 10 to 15 minutes before carving and serving.
