  • 4 Grapefruit
  • 4 Pomegranates
  • 1/8 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar Crystals
  • 1 Tangerine Or Orange

Directions

    Peel and divide grapefruit into sections, separate fruit from membrane and place in a large bowl.

    Quarter pomegranates and, over a bowl of water placed in the sink, bend the quarter sections backward to release the arils. The arils will drop into the water, the white membrane will float. Remove membrane and discard, scoop arils out with strainer and place in bowl with grapefruit sections.

    Sprinkle fruit with salt and sugar. Squeeze orange or tangerine juice over fruit. Toss fruit gently and place in a covered container. Refrigerate. Stir before serving.
