- 12 cup pomegranate arils
- 6 large celery ribs
- 4 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
Directions

1Score 1 fresh pomegranate and place in a bowl of water.

2Break open the pomegranate underwater to free the arils, drain.

3Wash, trim, dry, cut the celery into four pieces each and set aside.

4Fill each piece of celery with cheese.

5Divide the arils evenly and press onto the cheese.

6Serve right away or refrigerate for 1 hour.
