- 6 large potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Directions

1Cook potatoes in skins; chill well (they grate better).

2Grate potatoes; set aside.

3Sprinkle a little salt on.

4Blend butter and sour cream and alternate layers of potatoes and soup.

5You can add a little onion.

6Cover with cornflakes and dot with butter.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
