  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix flour, salt and sugar.

    Cut in shortening.

    Add milk and yeast.

    Stir with fork.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    This mixture will keep in refrigerator for about 1 week.

    Bake at 375° for about 10 to 15 minutes.
