Popcorn Balls

  • 4 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 qt. popped corn

Directions

    In a heavy 5-quart Dutch oven over low heat, stir marshmallows and butter until melted.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in vanilla.

    Add popped corn and stir until well coated.

    With buttered hands, quickly shape into 3-inch balls using about 1 cup of mixture for each ball.

    If mix begins to cool, heat pan slightly and stir popped corn mix.

    Wrap each ball in plastic wrap.
