- 5 qt. popped corn
- butter or margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. peanut brittle chips (12 oz.)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Place popped corn in a large bowl and place in oven to keep warm.

3Butter inside of the saucepan.

4Add sugar, water, salt, corn syrup and vinegar.

5Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until reaches 250°.

6Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter chips, stirring until chips are almost melted.

7Remove hot popcorn from oven.

8Pour mixture over popcorn and stir until all the corn is coated.

9With buttered hands, shape mixture into 2-inch balls.

10Place on waxed paper to cool.

11When cool, wrap each ball in plastic wrap.

12Makes 32.
