  • 3 qt. popped corn
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. melted margarine

Directions

    Use fresh popcorn and spread out on greased cookie sheet. Combine sugar, molasses, salt and melted butter.

    Cook to about 290° or a hard-cracked stage.

    Pour over corn and spread thin, making sure all corn is covered.

    Break up when cold.
