  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup ice water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt

    Preheat oven to 450.

    Put eggs in blender and mix briefly or mix with wire whisk. Add remaining ingredients and stir just until mixed well. Store in refrigerator if possible for 1 hour.

    Spray 12 muffin pans or 6 cup popover pan with nonstick. Place prepared pan in oven for 1 minute to heat pan.

    Pour batter into pans filling only half full.

    Bake at 450 for 20 minutes then lower oven to 350 for another 20 minutes.

    Serve hot with gravy or butter.
