  • 1 pkg. lime gelatin
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (32 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 pt. heavy cream

Directions

    Heat the water and juice to dissolve the gelatin and then add the cream cheese and blend in the other ingredients.

    Whip the heavy cream and fold into the mixture.

    Place into a mold and chill until firm.
