- 12 chowder clams
- 1 qt. hot water
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 12 medium potatoes
- 3 tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. dehydrated parsley
- 1/2 lb. bacon
Directions

1Put clams, onion, potatoes and tomatoes through food chopper. Put mixture with diced celery, salt, pepper, parsley and hot water in large cooker and start boiling.

2Fry 1/2 pound bacon and onion together.

3Add to the rest.

4Cook slowly, stirring often.

5When finished, cut 3 hard-boiled eggs into chowder.
