- 1 12 cups sifted flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 12 cups whole milk
Directions

1Sift flour and salt into a mixing bowl.

2Beat eggs then add milk.

3Mix on low of hand mixer eggs and milk gradually into flour mixture to make a smooth batter.

4Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.

5Bake at 425 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

6Let cool for 5 minutes and then remove from muffin pan.

7Store in tightly covered container.

8If you want, pipe vanilla pudding into bottom of popovers for a nice light dessert or snack.
