- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs until foamy.

2Add milk and combine slowly with flour and salt.

3Add melted butter.

4Pour into greased muffin tins preheated in 450° oven for 10 minutes.

5Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 15 minutes longer.

6This last dries out hollow centers and is vital for perfect popovers, which turn out to be golden brown puffs.
