  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Heat oven to 450°.

    Put all ingredients in blender container. Cover and process at blend speed until perfectly smooth.

    Fill well-greased muffin tins, custard cups, or popover pans half full. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 35 minutes longer.
