- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Lightly grease 8 (5 ounce) custard cups.

3In medium bowl, with rotary beater, beat eggs, milk and oil until well combined.

4Sift flour with salt over egg mixture; beat just until smooth.

5Pour batter into prepared custard cups, filling each about half full.

6Bake on large cookie sheet for 45 to 50 minutes or until deep golden brown.

7Serve hot.
