- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/3 c. oil
- 2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Grease and flour 2 regular loaf pans or 5 mini loaves. Stir together dry ingredients (first 4 ingredients) and set aside. Whip together liquids (next 5 ingredients) and stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients.

2Add poppy seeds and stir 2 minutes more. Bake at 350° for 1 hour 15 minutes until golden brown.

3Cool 5 minutes.

4Remove from pans and poke holes with toothpick.

5Drizzle with glaze.
