  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant toasted coconut pudding mix
  • 1/4 c. poppy seed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. hot water

Directions

    Mix the cake mix, poppy seed and pudding mix together thoroughly by hand.

    Add other ingredients and stir with spoon. Do not use mixer.

    Pour in 2 greased loaf pans.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
