Ingredients

  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, almond and butter flavoring
  • 2 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients with mixer.

    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325° for about 1 hour or until brown.

    Let cool 10 minutes.

    Pour glaze over bread while still hot in pans.

    Leave in pans about 1 hour.
