  • 1 toasted coconut instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. poppy seed
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients except water, poppy seed and nuts, then add water, poppy seed and nuts.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Makes 1 large loaf or 5 small loaves.
