- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can Solo poppy seed filling
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan.

3Set aside.

4Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.

5Add poppy seed filling and beat until blended.

6Beat in egg yolks, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.

7Add vanilla and sour cream; beat just until blended.

8Stir flour, baking soda and salt until mixed and add to poppy mixture gradually, beating well after each addition.
