  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. each: chopped onion, green pepper and celery
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 soup cans water

Directions

    Mix all but soup and water.

    Make into 2-inch balls.

    Place in baking dish; pour soup and water over top.

    Bake, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
