  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. Riceland rice
  • 1/3 c. onion
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, spices and onion.

    Shape into 12 to 16 meatballs.

    Stir together wet ingredients.

    Pour over raw meatballs.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered and 15 minutes, uncovered.
