  • 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • salt and pepper to suit your taste
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except tomato juice; roll in balls.

    Put in a casserole.

    Turn 1 can of tomato juice over them. Place in a preheated 350° oven.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
