- 1 green pepper
- salt and pepper to suit your taste
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except tomato juice; roll in balls.

2Put in a casserole.

3Turn 1 can of tomato juice over them. Place in a preheated 350° oven.

4Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
