- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork (you may use all beef or any combination of beef, venison, pork or turkey)
- 1/2 tsp. minced onion
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. chili or ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix rice, meat, salt and chili sauce.

2Shape into balls of medium size.

3Pour tomatoes over the top.

4Cover.

5Bake 60 to 80 minutes in 350° oven and see your little porcupines.
