  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork (you may use all beef or any combination of beef, venison, pork or turkey)
  • 1/2 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. chili or ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix rice, meat, salt and chili sauce.

    Shape into balls of medium size.

    Pour tomatoes over the top.

    Cover.

    Bake 60 to 80 minutes in 350° oven and see your little porcupines.

    (This can also be made into a loaf.)
