- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/8 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Mix hamburger, onion, green pepper, spices, rice and ketchup in bowl.

3Brown in skillet.

4Pour off grease. Add tomato soup mixed well with 1/2 can water.

5Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
